4th Day of Christmas
On the fourth day of Christmas my true love gave to me 4 calling birds, three french hens, two turtle doves, and a partridge in a pear tree.
Picture is from here.
On the fourth day of Christmas my true love gave to me a silver makeup look for parties! For the winter and holidays I love a frosty silver eye. I especially love the new Mac Collection called Glitter and Ice, but that exceeds my budget. So, I thought I would do a drugstore silver eye instead! Hope you enjoy.
- Prime your eye with a primer or paint pot with your ring finger.
- Apply a light silver to the inner third of your eye by packing a the color on with a medium size brush.
- Also, apply this color on the inner third of your lower lash line with the same brush.
- Next, pack a mid-toned silver on the outer two thirds of your lid using a padding motion.
- After, apply a dark gray to your crease using windshield wiper motions with a small dense crease brush. Apply this color on the outer two thirds of your lower lash line too.
- Blend this crease color using a large, fluffy blending brush.
- Then, apply a frosting white under the arch of the brow and on the very inner corner of your eye using a small precision brush.
- Apply your normal eyeliner in black.
- Using a small angled brush take a matte black onto the liner you just applied.
- Finally, apply your favorite mascara. (Curling lashes is optional)
- Use a fan brush to brush away fall out.
