Chanel

I absolutely adore Chanel. No matter the season, theme, or location of the show or line it is always stunning. However, Chanel is extremely expensive and the outfits that are put together are not always the most wearable. Thus, I have created some interpretations of my favorite looks from the Paris 2013/2014 line! I hope you enjoy!


This look is very sleek and luxurious. The velvet skirt combined with the chiffon top adds textural depth. 


This look is very chic and modern. I love the sequin skirt paired with the simplistic top.


This look is very trendy. The blue adds a richness not only to the outfit but also the very colorless line.

Everyday Excursions #1

Concert Conundrums




     Concerts are always in style, they have been around forever and aren't going anywhere. Recently, I received Lorde concert tickets! Lorde is an alternative pop artist, whose music is very dark and different, she is compared to Lana del Rey. I am so excited to go, but I have no idea what to wear. So I decided that I would try out some different outfits for different types of concerts, and sure enough I found a fit. Here are some different inspirations that I created for different types of concerts. I hope you enjoy!

Rock Concert
   
Leather and Spikes is the way to go with the rock concert scene. The maroon chiffon top adds a bit of class to soften the outfit, and the accented gold pieces add a chic pop.

Pop/Alternative Concert

Every pop concert goer needs a good pair of distressed high waisted shorts. This outfit is on the edgy side, but incorporates my favorite timeless trend, black and white. The ox blood loafers give a pop of color and add depth to the outfit. 

Nice Venue Winter Concert (Lana del Rey in NYC)

This is a very chic outfit, filled with essential pieces. These pieces are timeless and reusable, and together make a very fashion-forward outfit.

Opera House Gala

This outfit makes a statement. It is chic and sleek, while not being over the top. Perfect for a gala, or formal concert.
